All intellectual property, technical, and operational rights are exclusively reserved, and no ownership or perpetual license is granted to the user.

2. Free Trial Period: A free trial period of three (3) days is provided solely for evaluation purposes and does not create any ongoing contractual obligation or vested right.

3. Paid Subscription: Continued use of the platform after the trial period requires an active subscription to one of the officially available plans.

4. Usage Restrictions: Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, redistributing, sublicensing, or reusing any part of the platform, its interfaces, outputs, or technical structure beyond the permitted scope of use.

5. Data Ownership: All data and content entered or uploaded by the user remain the property of the user. The company commits to safeguarding such data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

6. Suspension and Termination Rights: The company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform, in whole or in part, in cases of misuse, violation of these terms, or breach of applicable regulations, without prejudice to its legal rights.

7. User Acknowledgment: Use of the platform constitutes explicit acknowledgment by the user of the platform's nature, technical and operational limitations, and the subscription-based service model.
